CUSTOMER SURVEY RESULTS The Mid-Peninsula Water District exists to serve our customers by obtaining and distributing a safe, reliable, high quality supply of water for current and future needs in the most cost efficient manner. In doing so, Mid-Peninsula Water District takes pride in providing our customers with quality customer service. As part of an on-going effort to diligently serve our customers, Mid-Peninsula Water District has created a Customer Service Survey. These surveys are handed out at customer service calls, appointments and on various field jobs.
