Objective: Highlight selected issues related to the proposed transfer of water from MID to SFPUC.
Issue: It is vital to strengthen the position of Wholesaler Customers relative to the terms and conditions of the proposed water transfer.
Information fo Attendees: Oral presentation and discussion of common interests and issues prior to a presentation by Steve Richie.
Action Requested of Attendees: Questions and comments.
3. SFPUC Water Transfers
Objective: Understand proposed transfers from MID to SFPUC.
Issue: The proposed transfers from MID to SFPUC have implications for Wholesaler Customers.
Information fo Attendees: Presentation by Steve Richie, SFPUC Assistant General Manager for Water Enterprise.
Action Requested of Attendees: Questions, comments and feedback appropriate to SFPUC.
4. Long-Term Reliable Water Supply Strategy - Schedule Update
Objective: Provide schedule update for upcoming technical documents.
Information fo Attendees: Oral presentation to committee.

NOTICES:
1. Projected Water Use Survey for FY 12-13 Wholesale Rate Development
Objective: To provide the SFPUC with our members' best estimates for water use for FY 11-12 and FY 12-13.
Issue: Given the high degree of uncertainty surrounding water use, the SFPUC has requested BAWSCA's help in ascertaining wholesale projected demands for the remainder of this year and for FY 12-13. The information will be useful to the SFPUC in formulating its rate projections for next year, the subject of which will be presented at the annual meeting with the wholesale customers on February 24, 2012.
Information for Action Requested of Attendees: An email and accompanying simple spreadsheet template will be sent to Water Management Reps on Friday, January 6, 2012 with the request to return it to BAWSCA by January 20, 2012.
2. February 24, 2012 SFPUC Annual Meeting with Wholesale Customers and BAWSCA
Objective: Make the annual meeting SFPUC will hold with its wholesale customers as valuable and useful as possible.
Issue: What Agenda topics would BAWSCA members like to see the SFPUC include or address more effectively? Provide to BAWSCA by January 27, 2012.

Directions to Foster City Community Bldg. – 1000 E. Hillsdale Blvd., Foster City
From Hwy. 101, take the Hillsdale Ave. exit East. Turn Right into the parking lot just after the intersection with Shell Blvd. The Community Bldg. entrance is separate from the Library entrance and is marked by signage. The Wind Room will be at the top of the stairs on the right, across from the reception station (there is also an elevator).
From the East Bay, take Hwy. 92 West, exiting at Foster City Blvd., and going South on Foster City Blvd. to Hillsdale. Turn Right (West) onto Hillsdale and proceed to Shell Blvd., making a U-turn to be able to pull into parking lot on SE corner of Hillsdale and Shell.
